Az. Agr. Runchee Fratelli Lometti Società Agricola s.s (hereinafter, “Agriturismo Runchee”) provides users of the Agriturismo Runchee website(hereinafter, the “Site”, accessible at https://www.agriturismorunchee.it) with the following information, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (or General Data Protection Regulation,hereinafter referred to as“G.D.P.R”) and subsequent national adaptation regulations(hereinafter referred to, together with the GDPR, as the “Applicable Privacy Regulations”). Information about users is collected when they visit the Site, and this constitutes personal data as defined by the Applicable Privacy Regulations.

This information is provided exclusively for the above-mentioned Site, and not for any other websites that can be accessed via links on it.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The following specifies the data processed by Agriturismo Runchee when a user accesses the Site. Users are responsible for any personal data of third parties entered or published on the Site.Users guarantee that they have the right to communicate or disseminate this data, thereby freeing Agriturismo Runchee from any liability towards the aforementioned third parties.

Personal data collected automatically when visiting the Site

  • Browsing data. Agriturismo Runchee automatically collects data on the device(pc, tablet, mobile phone or other mobile device) and connection used by the user. This includes information such as the IP address, the date and time of access,hardware and software information, information on events concerning the device, unique identifiers and crashdata.
  • Data on use of the Site: Agriturismo Runchee collects information on how the user has used the Site, including, for example, the pages of the Site or other content viewed, searches performed, third-party applications (Google Maps, in the ‘Contact’ section of the Site) present on the Site that are used by the user, and links to other sites and applications on which the user has clicked.


Personal data provided directly by the user

a) Optional data

  • Data provided through requests for information via email. If the User explicitly and voluntarily sends an email to one of the Agriturismo Runchee addresses indicated on the Site to request information, or uses the form available under “Need information? Fill in the form and contact us” available in the “Contact” section of the Site, Agriturismo Runchee acquires the email address and any personal data entered by the user (and/or third parties) in the text of the electronic communication. This also applies to the “Need information? Fill in the form and contact us” form the name, e-mail address and any personal data of the user (and/or third parties) entered in the subject line and message text.
  • Data provided by the user when booking a stay at the property. If, in order to make a booking, the user enters some personal data through the “Book now/Check availability” section available in the following sections of the Site “Home”, “Apartments” and “Book now”, Agriturismo Runchee will acquire this data. Users are informed that bookings will be made on the Booking Engine platform. 

Personal data collected through cookies: 
Agriturismo Runchee uses cookies to collect data on users' activity on the Site.
For more information on the use of cookies, the user can consult the cookie policy o the Site.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

To contribute to the operation of the Site; to provide the users with the services Agriturismo Runchee provides through the Site; to protect users' vital interests; to comply with applicable legislation and other requirements in the public interest.
User data is processed:

  • to operate, measure, improve and maintain the Site and the services provided through it;
  • to prevent, detect and mitigate security breaches and potentially prohibited or illegal activities.

To pursue the legitimate interests of Agriturismo Runchee in such a way that these interests do not override the user's fundamental rights and freedoms
The user's data is processed:

  • to identify and solve problems encountered by the user in using the Site (e.g. blocked or non-functioning pages).

These processing operations protect Agriturismo Runchee's interest in maintaining a functional and efficient Site. Furthermore, they do not violate the user's fundamental rights and freedoms as they are commonplace and widespread processing operations on all sites. Furthermore, such processing also benefits the user, enabling the Site to continue functioning.

PROCESSING METHODS

The user's personal data is processed using computer or telematic instruments for the purposes set out above and stored for a specific period of time in accordance with the criteria set out in the Privacy Policy(see below). Personal data may be accessed and processed by Agriturismo Runchee's staff, who have been instructed on the precautions to be taken in accordance with the Applicable Privacy Regulations. 

PROCESSING DURATION 

The retention periods for users' personal data are documented in Agriturismo Runchee's processing activities register (implemented pursuant to Article 30 of the GDPR). 
The user's personal data are stored (in accordance with the criteria set out in recital 39 and Article 5(1)(e) of the GDPR) for the period necessary to ensure that the Site functions and that Agriturismo Runchee can provide users with the services offered through the Site. In any case, this period may not exceed 10 years from the date of collection. 
The user's personal data may only be stored for longer than the aforementioned periods if this is necessary for Agriturismo Runchee to fulfil legal obligations or protect legal claims. 
Once these storage periods have expired, the user's data will either be deleted or permanently anonymised.

DATA COMMUNICATION

Agriturismo Runchee may only communicate the personal data it processes to the following persons for the following purposes:
Preventing unlawful acts and security breaches

  • To this end, Agriturismo Runchee may disclose users' personal data to third parties involved in preventing, detecting and mitigating such acts and breaches.

Law enforcement, judicial proceedings and modalities authorised by law.

  • Agriturismo Runchee may communicate your personal data to judicial authorities, public authorities or authorised third parties if the law requires it. This includes cases where it is necessary to comply with legal obligations or verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity. It also includes cases where it is necessary to respond to claims relating to the rights, property or safety of Agriturismo Runchee, its employees or users.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS 

In the cases set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, and subject to the limitations set out therein, the user has the right - at any time, free of charge and without any particular burdens or formalities - to:

  • obtain confirmation that Agriturismo Runchee is processing their personal data;
  • access their personal data and know its origin, the purposes of processing, the storage period, and the third parties to whom the personal data is disclosed;
  • revoke their consent at any time if this constitutes the basis of the processing;
  • update or rectify any personal data collected by Agriturismo Runchee to ensure it is always accurate;
  • exercise the so-called 'right to be forgotten', i.e. request that Agriturismo Runchee deletes their personal data it has collected from its databases and/or archives, including backup archives;
  • restrict Agriturismo Runchee from processing their personal data;
  • object to Agriturismo Runchee processing their personal data to pursue public interest requirements or legitimate interests;
  • to be notified within a reasonable timeframe of any rectification, cancellation or restriction of processing ordered by Agriturismo Runchee, as well as any subsequent revocation of these measures and the reasons for it.



To exercise these rights, the user may make a written request, addressed informally, to Agriturismo Runchee by sending an email to info@agriturismorunche.it. 
Agriturismo Runchee will comply with the request within one month of receiving the email.This period may be extended by two months, provided that the user is notified, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. Agriturismo Runchee reminds users that if they are not satisfied with the response to their requests, they may contact the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (http://www.garanteprivacy.it/) to lodge a complaint in accordance with the applicable Privacy Law. 

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY 

Agriturismo Runchee reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time and will notify users of any changes on this page of the Site. 
Therefore, users are requested to consult this page frequently, referring to the date of the latest modification indicated at the bottom. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to personal data collected up to the time of the change.
